Past two weekends...

Saturday was our Pliszka Family Reunion. It's always a lot of fun when our family gets together. Although, I had Jenna attached to my hip (like usual), so it was hard to hold her and watch the other kids and really truly enjoy ourselves. But it was still good to see everyone. The kids played on the playground. Alli did the sack race and the pinata. That girl does NOT like to lose :)
Jimmy with his cute hair cut from Daddy
They love hanging out with Grandma...she is always giving them her drinks
This is my niece Libby. We went to her Baptism celebration on Sunday, although I didn't get to see her b/c she slept the whole time. Isn't she the cutest little chunk you've ever seen???
Alli hitting the pinata. Better experience than the week before when she got smacked with the stick at Ann's house!

We came home, took a short nap, and then picked up the babysitter for the triplets. Me, Jim, and Alli went down to Live on the Levee on the Riverfront to see Pearl Heart. They did GREAT like always. They played a lot of new songs that I hadn't heard before. They opened for Gretchen Wilson. We only stayed for a few of her songs, but she was good too. Pearl Heart had a lot of fans there! I thought it was pretty neat to see them all on the big stage. Bill played the drums and Danny played too. Very good show! Look for the CD to come out hopefully early next year?

Just a few of us enjoying the show

On the way home, we realized it was pretty early, so we stopped at Bread Co for dinner and then took Alli to get a sno-cone. We pass an Ice Shack or something like that everyday on Lindbergh and she has been wanting to go everyday for like 2 mos! She didn't like hers, but she did like Daddy's, so she ate his :) It was fun spending the evening with her! She is so cute :)

Last weekend we took all the kids to the Cardinal game....we are just not there yet....got there in the 2nd inning and left at end of 7th! The kids are okay, but they never let anyone else hold them, so its a little rough (on me anyway!!! :) I probably just stress to easily though. So, no pics from the game b/c we were too busy holding kids. Here are a few from the walk to the car. Oh, and one before the game of Allison.

The next day we went to Matthew and Michael's 1st birthday party. That was fun. We were there all day and then we had some people over for game night. It was fun. At the end of the night, Janet said, "Where's Morgan?" Well, she looked under the pool table and this is how we find her! So funny!!!'
Jim left for Tunica the next morning at 5am. He came home on Tues night. It was a rough 3 days. Alli got sick on Monday and then all 3 of the babies on Tuesday. I had to call into work:( As most of you know, I love to go to work, so I was dying staying at home all that time! It's already a little hard when both of us our here, but its seems like they get sick at the worst times!! Poop all over the cribs-had to clean them spindle by spindle, give them baths, clean out the tub in between each kid. Do laundry. It was gross!!! While I'm downstairs for 2 mins doing laundry, I think....I better hurry...the kids are too good and quiet up there. So, while Alli is coloring so pretty in the kitchen....Cassie is coloring pretty....all over her face, all over the walls and tv in Alli's room. By this time, I was done crying and just had to laugh it off. I even left the marker all over Cassie's face b/c everytime I would look at her I would get a good laugh ;)

Thanks for bringing the kids to a game. Alli is getting so big and I love the picture of her by the fountain. Your kids are too cute.

Great update Chrissy. Gotta love the marker ones the best though. Did the magic eraser take it off the walls, or are you going to have to repaint?

Great post with lots of pictures. I knew you had a rough time when Jim was gone since the kids were sick but I hadn't heard about the marker. I'm glad you could laugh about it by that point. I may have lost it! You are going to have a lot of great stories to tell the kids about themselves when they are older (and will be embarrased!) :)

They are such great pictures. Janet has beautiful children. Yours are too, (but I always tell you that). I laughed when I saw Cassie with the markers. I cried one time when Brian got into a canister of sugar all over the kitchen & wherever he walked. What a mess.

PS: Jim owes you

That picture of Will and Alli is so cute. They really like each. Great update. I am starting to really slack, maybe because I just feel like i have to get other stuff done.
