Halloween 2015

I hope you all had a fun Halloween!  I know we did.  Here are a few pics.

The kids carved some scary pumpkins Thursday night.

The kids went as Iron Man, a cheetah, a fox, and a cowgirl.

Chrissy and I went as Bruce/Caitlyn.
(Damn I'm pretty!)

I wasn't a big fan of cleaning up the next morning though.  :)

Frankie Says....

As some of you know, Frankie MacDonald has been my favorite You Tube weather reporter ever since Hurricane Isaac in 2012 (click on Hurricane Isaac to see that report). I was really happy to see that he released a PSA recently reminding everyone of the upcoming cold and flu season.

Its Been a Long Time!

Hello again!

It's been a long time!  It looks like we haven't posted anything since Disney last year.  I'd like to pretend like we have a good reason for not making updates but the truth is, we don't.  Sure our lives have been busy with work, school, homework, softball, soccer, volleyball, basketball, dance, gymnastics, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.

Ok...so maybe we do have a few good reasons that we haven't been on here but we're going to do better.  I promise.  So bookmark the site, put us back in your internet browsing rotation, and be prepared!  There's going to be lots of content coming at you starting today.  :)

Enjoy,
Jim

Disney World

Hi,this is Allison and I know it's been a long time since we posted the blog and I want to blog about amazing things. The first thing I want to blog about is Walt Disney World in Florida. The first day at Walt Disney World we went to Magic Kingdom.
At the airport, getting ready to leave for Disney
Cassie and Jimmy's 1st plane ride
My 2nd plane ride (I went to Poland when I was a baby!) and Jenna's 1st plane ride.

The Teacups
SPACE MOUNTAIN - I loved it - the triplets - not so much
Beautiful Scenery - hint: Cinderella's Castle back there

Grand Floridian - dinner

I was excited to be able to eat so many different foods!
Spooktakular Fireworks!

When You Wish Upon A Star

My favorite ride at Magic Kingdom was Space Mountain. Jenna,Jimmy, and Cassie cried on that ride. It was pitch black. The second day we went back to Magic Kingdom and rode on some different rides. The third day we went to Hollywood Studios. My favorite rides were Tower Of Terror and The Aerosmith Ride. Jenna,Jimmy, and Cassie were to short to ride the Aerosmith ride. The forth day we went to Epcot. My favorite ride was the T-rex ride. The fifth day we went to animal kingdom. My favorite ride was Expedition Everest . It talked about a legend of a creature called the YEDI. Before you know it YEDI is reaching out at you. On the sixth day we went to Magic Kingdom for a half day. In Magic Kingdom we went into TomorrowLand. Then for the rest of the day we went back to the hotel and swam for the rest of the day.On the last day we had to clean our hotel and leave. The plane ride was great from here and back.

I'll post more pictures of the other days later.

Hope you liked my post
Love,
Allison

Bowling with the Family

After the Easter Egg Hunt, we went to visit our Pawnee family.  We hung out at Kelly's for a little bit, but then we went out to dinner for pizza then bowling.  It was a lot of fun!  The kids love to play with each other.  We for sure need to get together more often.  Its always so hard with our crazy/hectic schedules with all the kids and their activities.  Jim's birthday was the next day (Easter Sunday), so he was glad to be able to celebrate with all of them too!
