Shake Your Groove Thing

Jim and I decided that Jimmy and Cassie play together the best, or at least the most. Jenna was there with them on the rocker for a few minutes, but it didn't last long. She likes to be on the move.

Cassie LOVES these Mr. Potato Head glasses. They are nowhere close to fitting her, but somehow she stretches them onto her chubby face. I couldn't get a great picture of her walking around with them on, but this was cute enough :)

Pawnee Trip

So, we took a long overdue trip to Pawnee yesterday to see the family. This was only our third time out there since the babies were born, so it was our turn :) The ride out there went great. While we were there, the kids played with their cousins and we ate some good lunch and just hung out. Then it started getting a little rough. The babies didn't have naps, so they were getting really cranky. We left and it was a LOOOONG ride home. Jenna cried almost the whole way and when she finally fell asleep with about 20 mins left, Jimmy decided he would take over and he cried the rest of the way home. Talk about stressful! OH, its about an hour and a half trip. We might try again in June. Jim has been wanting to go to Pawnee Prairie Days since I've met him and I've yet to go.....he THINKS we're going this year! haha ;)

And, our little door man....he is happy to shut the door for you, on you, whatever. He loves to shut doors! When he sees one opening, he runs over there on a mission.
Today, Aunt Annie brought Alli a huge, giant, lollipop. She loved it!

One Year NICU Follow Up

We had the 1 year NICU follow up for the triplets today. Dr.'s and therapist say they look great! Of course, we knew that. Just like to have other professional opinions. They were a little tired and hungry, so didn't want to cooperate with all of the little 'tests', but they still did good. It was a LONG day though.

So, I threw all of the bottles away last night. I saved 3, just in case, but the other 30 something went in the trash! Jimmy even helped me, although he kept pulling them out too. We have so much extra space on the counter now! They are doing great with the sippy cups...just a couple of crabby days while transitioning.

Jenna is our climber....we keep finding her on the couch, on top of all of the toys. She is also trying to jump...its so cute. She doesn't get her feet off the ground, but she does bounce up and down. They are all walking so good. Cassie caught on very quickly with the walking. They are down to one nap a day now (usually). They sleep from about 6-7pm until usually 7-8am. Very nice! Alli is pretty much done napping now. Such a big girl. Sometimes she'll still take one. Jimmy is still pretty laid back. Cassie seems to be getting a little more clingy/whiny/jealous lately. They are all starting to dance a little bit (or at least imitate us when we do it). Jenna loves to laugh lately. She even fakes laughing, just to get us to laugh.

Allison and I spent a lot of time together last weekend. Jim played poker Friday night, so Alli and I went shopping at Kohls. Saturday, I took her to a b-day party for my friends daughter at The Little Gym. She had sooooo much fun running around and playing. That night, Jim and I went to a friends house for a game night. We really had a lot of fun. Although the guys beat the girls at Taboo....I have to admit, I'm not very good. Sunday, Alli and I went to church, then lunch together at Bread Co. She loves when its just me and her and we get to go inside and eat, rather than just the drive-thru when I have all the babies with us. We went to Target too.
